After mapping their processes, we combined their fragmented internal databases (sales, production, and accounting) to create performance dashboard with measurable indicators.

By using financial database, we were able to draw the price optimization graph using 12 data points from 5 locations. The price sensitivity analysis helped the management to decide the optimum pricing point.
