Santoso Sugianto, BSc., MBA, CPA, CMA
Santoso is a skilled strategist in transforming plans and objectives into performance benchmarks and concrete results against key operational targets. Having managed diverse industries in multi-location service bases, he appreciates the critical links between operations, finance and performance outcomes. Santoso combines in-depth knowledge of performance measurements with strong practical applications. On top of his international experience and multi-cultural background, he brings expertise in team building, facilitation, coaching, and mentoring.
Santoso held senior executive positions with DHL Worldwide Express, now a part of the Deutsche Post Group, in Indonesia. He has been building his second career with Wal-Mart Canada, Hudson’s Bay Company, and Belron Canada since he immigrated to Canada in the late 2001 until achieving his last position as Vice President Finance in the late 2011. Aside of devoting his time doing data analysis, he is now teaching at Ryerson University and the Chartered Professional Accountant of Ontario.
In addition to his CMA credentials, Santoso holds a B.Sc. degree in Operations Management and an MBA in Finance. CMA Management Magazine had published two of his articles for the past five years.
